We don't anticipate that you will have any problems during your holiday. However, in the unlikely event you have a problem, we are there to help.
First Step
If your problem is with meals or accommodation, speak with the hotel staff and either your driver-guide or our local affiliate. Generally, problems can he solved right away.

If the problem is with your vehicle, let the driver-guide know and chances are, he can fix it right away. If the problem is with the driver-guide, ask the lodge to help you get in touch with our local affiliate and have them help resolve the problem. We will give you all of the contact information before you travel.

Second step (if the problem is not quickly resolved)

Call us or send us an email right away. We will take every reasonable step to solve your problem.

If, however, this is not the case and you wish to pursue the matter on your return from holiday it is essential you put your complaint in writing to us within 28 days of your return quoting your holiday reference, departure date and destination.
